Barbara Manwell  
This is my 10th year of teaching Social Studies and my second year at MHS. I have experience teaching a wide variety of courses, ranging from government/economics and history to philosophy and women's studies. I volunteer my time at the Historic Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta, as well as BATL Atlanta, which annually commemorates the Battle of Atlanta. In my spare time I enjoy running, hiking, gardening, and reading. I sponsor both the Key Club and the Social Studies Honor Society. Go Big Blue!
